MG Motor Revises The Price Of ZS EV; Now Available At Rs 50.99 Lakh

The MG ZS EV now comes with a price tag of Rs. 50.99 lakh after the government revises duties on EVs. The MG ZS EV earlier retailed for Rs 59.99 Lakh. However, the price tag won't include the 7KW AC charger which the manufacturer was offering earlier.The MG ZS EV is powered by a 44.5kWh, liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery, delivering a maximum range of 428 km on a single charge as per the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC) and an 8 year or 150,000 km warranty in battery life. Power figures of the ZS EV stand at 148 BHP and 350 Nm of torque. The ZS EV ensures safety with 6 airbags, features a premium panoramic sunroof and comfortable electrical adjustable seats, and a PM 2.5 air filter to purify the air inside the cabin.Besides that, it also features three driving modes and three levels of regenerative braking. It also gets an 8-inch touchscreen that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The ZS EV can go from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.5 seconds. Other features include bi-function projector headlights (automatic) with LED DRLs, multi-function leather steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, and 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.The MG ZS EV has also scored Five Stars in the Euro NCAP rating. The ZS EV scored impressively in all areas of the Euro NCAP test, including the four key test categories: Adult Occupant, Child Occupant, Vulnerable Road User, and Safety Assist.
